Make it a bit more fast paced, and avoid the white backgrounds, and you're there!

Nahhh. That's the style of it. Gotta be full of white backgrounds. Fast-paced I can probably do. I actually decided already that my next flash cartoons would have a higher FPS.
Edit: Woo hoo. The flash I'm currently working on is pretty good so far. I can't wait until it's finished. It's much faster paced and it really adds to the comedic timing.
