| Look on the bright side; MTV will never be doing another halftime show, and we'll never have to suffer any insane nipple rings on national television ever again.
I do agree that the Patriots really shouldn't have won this one, though. -----------

I didn't watch the game. I don't really like football, so I was just upstairs playing Ratchet and Clank on my uncles PS2. -----------

| Actually, I think the Patriots really did earn this one...you know, as opposed to that travesty that was the 2001-02 playoffs. And football fans got treated to a close, exciting game, if anything. Though it crept me out how it ended: Ricky Proehl scoring the tying TD with a minute left, Brady coming back to set up the Vinatieri FG...just like two years ago...ugh.
Other than my recent loathing of the Pats, the underdog status and having Rod Smart on the roster gave me more reason to cheer on the Panthers. It would've been a great way to make up for that really horrible game last year (and the subsequent collapse of one team). -----------

| I've been a Panthers fan from day one...so this is the second time in franchise history that I've been disappointed in the playoffs [the loss to the Packers in year two being the first].
But hey...like DCB said, at least it was a close game.
But Jesus...I would've given anything to see He Hate Me run that last kickoff back for a touchdown. That would've been the single greatest thing ever.
BONUS: Oh yeah..I hate the Patriots, too. Especially Tom Brady. Every single time I watch a Patroits game, the Pats whine about not getting respect, or about Tom Brady being overshadowed by better/more impressive QBs like Manning and McNair.
Grow up, guys... -----------
