'Twas the day before Christmas, and was just like the most;
All the topics were stagnant, except for Five Word Posts.
With kiwibonga.com on screen, Chaos sat and he stared;
In hopes that wite, Doc, or Angel would soon post there.
But all were asleep, or at least not online;
All except for ol' Chaos, insomnia suiting him fine.
He played some UT, then decided to stop;
He got an idea, and opened Photoshop.
It took ten minutes time, with hardly any effort put in;
His stupid picture done, ugly as sin.
But he was still bored, looking around his home;
"Fuck doing this. I'll rip off a poem."
He cut it short, but with good reason you see;
Chaos, that lout, is fucking lazy.
So he posted that crap, no longer bored suicidal;
But there soon was an error, he forgot the damn title!
So he rewrote the whole thing, making revisions and cuts;
Cursing himself for being a putz.
To end it he reminded all of the old shtick;
There is an army of gaybos bent on destroying your dick!
Have a Merry Christmas all you crazy fuckers. :D
Yes, this is also on the main page, but I doubt anyone thinks to scroll down there anymore... -----------

| Merry Christmas, you filthy animal.
And yeah. I went over to my cousins (FOUR of them) / uncle's / aunt's house, and the kids got like, a million billion presents... We were there from like, 6 to 11, and when we left there were still a few presents unwrapped...
I only got three things, being a travel thingy for my car (Since it's always shorting out it's nice to have jumper cables and stuff), a deck of cards and a card trick book (Probably gonna use the cards more than the book, but hey, cards are sweet), and Viewtiful Joe. I guess I made out pretty well, for them being so distantly related. I honestly wasn't expecting anything besides a card. -----------

THE GOOD:
Book on Japan
Radio Pen [good for between classes]
THE BAD:
Crappy electric razor
Shirt that's way too small
The same cell phone wallet I've had for three years
...and...
A FUCKING HAMMER to smash my windows if I get stuck in my car. WHAT THE FUCK?

I got:
- An electronic Japanese-english translator with the complete word lists of 4 japanese dictionaries
- A Fender guitar calendar
- A pair of studio headphones to play guitar at night without waking the neighbors up
- A Nirvana T-shirt with a picture of the band playing at a concert on the front and "From the muddy banks of the wishkah" written in the back
- A small notebook to draw on
And I will get:
- A new computer
which I will order when I get home.
WOOHOOOOO Hurray for christmas!! -----------

I didn't get much this year, but I don't care. I'm happy with what I got.
-A Dickies dress shirt
-Some flannel boxers (I don't know why they got me those, but they sure are comfortable :D)
-A bunch of CD-R's
-Money
Then with the money I bought myself a new GBA SP and Car Battler Joe. Then when I'm done with that, I'm going to go over to Gamestop and sell it along with some older games I don't play anymore and save up for a flashcart. Yay. -----------

| Well, didn't really make much of a big deal of the actual day(bought most of my stuff myself and didn't wait until Christmas), but I got...
A big nice dagger with a really good sheath, and another really nice dagger with a leather sheath with a belt loop, and a smaller version of itself.
Mario Kart: Double Dash, which was the first thing I got(and ended up beating it two days *before* Christmas).
The Ultimate Ric Flair Collection DVD. Woo!
A hilarious T-shirt, a regular thick shirt 'cuz it's cold, and a pair of jeans. Didn't want, or need, many clothes...
Some cologne to add to my collection of "cologne I'll never use unless I smell TEH BAD" (this one, I had nothing to do with)
And the "OMG w00t" fanboy item of the year... an Evanescence poster. ('cuz Amy Lee is teh sexay) -----------

Janux: You never mentioned what made your t-shirt hilarious.
Anyway, what I got for Christmas:
-Clue. Yes. The board game. I'm not complaining. I always did like that game.
-Family Guy Vol.1 DVD. I don't think there's a word that can describe my happiness over that. I shall have to invent one. Sutrabulescent.
-The cell phone as mentioned in this topic.
-A CD holder. It'll come in handy once I start burning CDs with my new computer.
-One grandmother gave me $30. A great aunt gave me $20. I spent this collective money buying RPG maker 2.
By the way, if you're the creative type who might be thinking about the game, here are a few things I'd like to point out.
1. Even though it mostly wasn't my money, I'm still not entirely sure whether I should have blown it all on one game. I usually feel this way about all new games and tend to wait until they're a little bit cheaper, but in this case I just wanted to get started on making a cool RPG. Anyway, I guess it's at your discretion.
2. Do NOT start in hard mode. I figured I'm pretty good with stuff like this and I could handle editing in hard mode fine. Well, when you start a new file, if you pick "Normal" it gives you a lot of preset data. Hard mode starts you from scratch. Normal mode includes many of the important scripts, such as when a new battle starts, basic game behaviour, etc. It's WAY easier to start in normal mode, then switch to hard mode, and just modify everything heavily.
That said, it's really quite cool. There's a lot more that you can do than I thought. I just read an article on GameFAQs that describes how you can compose your own music for the game's background. -----------

Crap, I knew I was forgetting something.
Okay, I said in the year end thread that I'd ended a relationship. Well, the shirt says, "I got this shirt for my girlfriend. Best trade I ever made." Shirt, not so funny. That my mom bought it for me? *THAT* makes it funny. -----------

!! Yes it does.
This guy who I worked with; (Let's say his name's James, just because it's easier to call him by his name and not "this guy" every time.) His brother broke up with his girlfriend. So James and his dad go out before he gets home from work to make a surprise for him (to cheer him up I suppose. Heh)
So the brother comes home. They say to him "Hey, sorry about what happened with your girlfriend, but we got you something almost as good." Then they hit a switch to an air-pressure valve that they hooked up to a blow-up doll. The doll jumps from flat and deflated, to fully inflated in seconds. Then the air didn't turn off. The doll's chest got way too big, and finally exploded, sending pieces of the doll everywhere. -----------

| From my family, I got $100 in cash, a $30 check, a $30 Macy's gift card, Phatfarm™ brand boxers, and an electric shaver. The most thoughtless, efficient, least-cluttered Christmas ever from them. Yay.
From my friends, I got Michael Moore's Dude, Where's My Country?, a 2004 Ireland calendar, Hallmark Kiss-Kiss bears, a pack of dried mangos, a Golden State Warriors T-shirt one size too small, and a pack of super-long super-ugly tube socks. My friends are indeed crazy, though I repaid them with a bunch of CD's from Best Buy (durr hurr mainstream musik suxxors shut up). -----------
