EDIT: Mmm... I've had about 5 hours of free time to test it... It's just... The best game on GBA ever... It's extremely similar to Castlevania in the way it's made, with the levels and all. There's a new parasitic alien called X that can plant itself into alien lifeforms and suck their DNA out, then they can transform into those lifeforms! The original ship Samus has on the SNES is crushed in an asteroid belt and she gets a brand spankin' new purple one that looks exactly the same but with sideburns! Pretty ridiculous but it's exciting!
I'll play it till I die, or complete the game!

| The release date was supposed to be 11/19 in NA and 11/22 in Europe, according to GameFAQs. o_O 10/24 is extremely early unless it either snuck under the radar or something... :P Then again, I remember some games being dumped weeks before their actual store release date, so who knows?
On the bright side... *drools* I must try this ASAP. ;)

I got to this part called Sector 2 which is really small, and got into a secret passage without really meaning to (Dropped a bomb in a corner), and the secret part of the level is 3 times bigger than the actual level, I found a boss and eventually got this bonus to jump twice as high!!
Basically you're Samus with just the power to shoot small beams at the beginning and you slowly gather big X parasites that contain abilities like mini bombs, ball metamorphosis, super charge gun and all. WOOHOO!

Stuck in the secret part of Sector 2 now... A room with a bunch of red crawly things, a blue crawly thing and a blocked-off parasite door leading someplace. I'm sure the later levels will be even larger. o_O

| If you look at Gamefaqs, there's about 50 topics called "Stuck on sector 2" (literally) on the Metroid Fusion board :)
I finally completed the game, and although all's well that ends well, it's a very cheesy ending.
You then get a new option to either continue or start over: in continue mode, you're where you last saved before beating the last boss except you get to go anywhere in the station to find items you missed (bomb packs, energy packs and missile packs)..
The closer to 100% item collection you get, the more layers off her armor Samus will take off. The highest degree of nudity is her face... (Sorry for getting your hopes up :P)!

Don't hesitate to ask because this game can be a bitch! I'm actually impressed that I finished in in only 4 hours the first time around, because it's huge and I usually get stuck really early in those kinds of games...
I just tried Tactics Ogre: Knight of Lodis... It sucks... What kind of game is that? Heh it's a lot like Shining Force, which is good, but you have control over only one character... How boring...

I'm obsessed with the game now, it's crazy! I managed to complete it at 77% and I'm looking for all the hidden rooms... Man sometimes you have to make your brain work like crazy... There's this part where when you shoot the ground, pillars come out of it, and you have to shoot the right parts to fill up the holes in the floor without making the vertical pillars come up so that you can use the whole floor to run and break a wall, it took me like 30 minutes to find out where to hit the floors... You feel so proud once you've done it, then you go to the GameFAQs message boards to find out that people took screenshots where they have 100% of the game completed!
Grr!

oh, and try giving tactics ogre another chance. i didn't like it at first, either, but once i got into it i couldn't put it down for a week. it's not as good as ff tactics, of course (what is?), but it's really not bad at all. megaman battle network is pretty fun, also. i'm sooooo glad i bought a FA Linker- it was worth every penny. the GBA has far more games that interest me than the ps2, xbox or gamecube.

Arg! I think I'm actually stuck now. And not being stuck in the way of being lost, I am really stuck. :D
AFter getting the Grav suit, isntead of going to Navi, I went my own path, finding a shortcut to AQA. Getting in there needed me to run and smash trough a wall. The thing is, I got in, but now I can't get out! Someone helpl me! Or do I need to....GASP, start over? O.O
