Stage 2. Bio-engineer super resilient strain of crabs and lice. Add crab and lice larva into toilet paper and shampoo. When people clean themselves, become infected by genital bugs.
Stage 3. Introduce fire to the inhabitants of Hati. Become their God.
Now hers how it works...
When people buy the goldfish, they will quickly die. Now people will flush the dead goldish, causing them ressurect. By then people will have come into contact withcrabs and lice. Too busy scratching their head and balls all day, people will be helpless to the fish menace. Now I convince the UN that I can get rid of all the crabs and fish if they make me supreme leader. If they refuse, unlesh my rabid slaves. Use all revenues to construst Samus-esque power suit. Rule with an iron, fully powered charge beam fist. Bwa-ha-ha-ha!!!

Steven Seagal was my hero (read: most horrible actor in the world)... but then I rented "shodown in little tokyo" for kicks and now my new hero (read: even more horrible actor) is Dolph Lundgren, and his sidekick Brandon Lee. I don't know if you've seen the commercials for action days on TBS but that's the movie the line "You have the right to be dead!" is from... By far the best line in the history of the film industry.
Dolph Lundgren is the only german-american-raised-in-Japan-parents-killed-by-a-yakuza hero I'll ever need... plus, he gets to fuck Tia Carrere (or however the fuck it's spelled), and his faithful sidekick Brandon Lee then comments on how huge his dick is....
