10/28/2005 08:06:29PM | Ack. My ISP changed my IP address on me and didn't tell me.
So if you've been using my old IP to connect to my shoutcast station, it doesn't work anymore. I updated the first post with my new IP. Let's hope they don't do this again. |
10/01/2005 04:46:00AM | GET YOU THE HOT SHOTGUN BULLETS TO DIE
Good times... *sniff* |
09/29/2005 09:37:51PM | Hey! You joined our board!
Let me give you the standard "New Member Greeting" Welcome! Entrance to Hell! CT is Charge Time. Move is your moving ability. Welcome to die. Stay awhile, stay forever. And remember: A vicious army of Gaybos is bent on destroying your dick. I think that's everything. Did I miss any? Chaos? Kiwi? |
| Dispari Scuro 09/27/2005 07:04:09AM | I'm the one that caused that. I listen to Tom's station 24/7 since he started hosting it. I even bug him from time to time to add more music to the list. |
09/05/2005 02:02:26AM | O_O
Server Status: Server is currently up and public. Stream Status: Stream is up at 24 kbps with 2 of 10 listeners (2 unique) Listener Peak: 5 Average Listen Time: 17h 14m 28s |
08/15/2005 05:17:40AM | I'd listen, but you know... dialup.
But I'll give it a shot anyway. Just please play the "Helicopter Helicopter" song. I love that. EDIT: Oh hey, it actually doesn't run too badly even on my dialup. Spiffy. |
08/15/2005 03:08:42AM | Earlier today I had a listener stay on for maybe around 2 hours. It was great, but it was a little annoying too because I wouldn't dare close winamp, and that meant playing some video games with two audio tracks blaring at once.
By the way, I've decided to make Saturdays and Sundays "Favourites" day, IE, I play only my favourites. Thursday will be Vintage day. NES, Commodore 64, etc. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it. :) |
| Nylar 08/13/2005 02:48:31PM | The Shoutcast plugin hasn't been working for me recently. If I ever get off my lazy ass and fix it, I'll give ya a listen. |
08/09/2005 02:28:06PM | I probably could talk. I think there's a feature that you can talk into your microphone over it, but I'm probably not going to screw with that. I have a USB microphone and it requires certain extra steps with a lot of programs.
This is pretty cool. I left my station running overnight last night and I came back to look at my stats. It said my listener peak was at 6 (At one point I had 6 people listening at once :D) and the average listen time was over 39 minutes. I think maybe there was an error with the script because it seems odd that the "average" person who listened to the station stayed on for more than a half-hour. Refreshing the page now says the average listen time is 11m 46s. Which is still good. :) I still have one listener as I'm typing this. |
08/09/2005 06:13:29AM | So does it just stream songs, or could you actually talk live and stuff? |
08/07/2005 06:44:37PM | Okay, I collected a huge number of video game mp3s and so now I've decided to *try* broadcasting online. I can't guarantee it will be running when you click this link (since activity in this forum is a little sporadic) but I'll try to run it for a while to see if it works.
You need the shoutcast plugin for winamp, then just click here to connect. Let me know if it works. :D Incidentally if you want to make sure it's running first, you can click on This to see. Edit: By the way, if we're both online at the same time, feel free to post requests. I have these songs in my collection. Or you can IM me. AIM: Heisanevilgenius Yahoo: Heisanevilgenius MSN: hyena@kiwibonga.com Edit again: GAH! Apparently because my connection is through a router, I'm treated as if I have a firewall and that means that nobody can connect :/ Edit again (x2): Yay! I figured out how to port forward and now it's working. :E |
