 +Chaos08/07/2003 03:38:53AM | Well you are in luck my friend! After more debugging, I decided to include a silent version without the music. Its not quite as fun, but it wont piss off other people. I'll upload it as soon as I can.
And just incase anyone cares, heres what I fixed in "Trogdor 2.0": -Edited scripts so Trogdor actually goes to the edge of the screen instead of just walking an set number of pixels -Edited the walk left/right animations so theres no big open space ext to Trogdor (you cant tell, but I changed it anyways) -Trogdor will always start on the left and walk right -Trogdor always will turn around when hitting the edge of the screen (instead of sometimes teleporting back to the other side) -Trogdor actually follows a pattern of actions now(walk left, burninate right, etc.), but its still a bit random and not too noticable -Fixed a bug with the music (i think it only happened on my computer though) Okay. Its actually up and downloadable now. Once Im sure everything works well and good, I'm going to send it to the Homestar Runner guys. BTW, did anyone else see them on G4? If not, just watch the Pulse anytime the rest of this week. EDIT: Damnit, I just realize I spelt "The Brothers Chaps" wrong... Goddamnit, just when I had everything else perfect too... Another Edit: Okay, I fixed it and am currently uploading the fixed version. Oh, and if you dont get G4, you can still watch the feature here. That Marzipan voice girl isnt too bad looking. ;) Now that I'm done with that, time to get started on my comic again! |

That would probably have something to do with my screen being smaller then your or something (i couldnt figure out how to make it stop at the edge of the screen, so i just had it repeat an animation so many times until it hit the edge of my screen). I'll fiddle with it some more.

Well, this is my attempt at making a screenmate. On my computer, it crashed whenever I loaded it (something to do with the sound i think), so dont try running it if you have some important un-saved work or anything. But that might have just been my computer... Edit: damn case sensitive links... Edit: Oooo. I actually got it to run correctly for once. With the music and everything. But i wouldnt count on this happening everytime i run it... |
